Omoplata Escape To Side Control Or Take The Back

The Omoplata in Jiu Jitsu can be a tough technique to get out from, due to the awkward position your body is in, a forward roll seems to be the most obvious, but if your opponent has his arm around your waist, rolling forward may not be an option. Jeremy Arel shows us an efficient way to escape the Omoplata as an alternative to the forward roll.
